Trauma/ACS Surgeon
Allegheny Health Network (AHN) is actively recruiting a Trauma/ACS Surgeon to join the group at Forbes Hospital (Level II Center).
Forbes Hospital (FH) offers medical care to the Eastern Suburbs of Pittsburgh and the surrounding counties as a mature trauma center and tertiary referral center. FH offers its patients state-of-the art surgical suites, innovative technology, and advanced medical treatments for nearly 2000 trauma patients/year as well as a growing ACS population in this 315-bed facility. The Trauma/ACS team is supported by physician assistant/nurse practitioners, and administrative staff.
QUALIFICATIONS
• A Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy.
• Licensed in the state of Pennsylvania prior to employment.
• Board certified in Surgery and board eligible in Surgical Critical Care and have outstanding clinical skills.
• Ideally the candidate would have several years’ or greater experience, but new graduates with outstanding backgrounds will be considered.
