PICO Question - In trauma patients who require a tube thoracostomy (P), should prophylactic antibiotics (I) vs. no prophylactic antibiotics (O) be given at the time of chest tube insertion to reduce surgical site infectious complications (O)?  The surgical site infectious complications include empyema and chest wall infections (insertion site).
