Join the webinar to hear the panelist's journey with transitioning from military to civilian surgical practices. According to Morgan et al. (2020), support and recognition of barriers were helpful for the veterans in accomplishing their goals in the transitional phase. The webinar's focus is to discuss the differences between military and civilian surgical practices, transition obstacles, and strategies for transition.

3. Discuss strategies to successfully transition from a military to civilian surgical practice
