Housing for the 37th EAST Annual Scientific Assembly

EAST will have a limited number of pre-determined rooms at our group rate in our housing block. The cut-off date to reserve a room at the group rate is December 19, 2023, or until the block sells out. After this date, EAST cannot guarantee the rate attendees will receive. HOUSING WILL OPEN SUMMER 2023.

General Attendee Guest Room Block

A guest room block at the group rate at Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek for a single or double room has been reserved for the Eastern Association for the Surgery of Trauma (EAST). To reserve your room at the special group rate, reservations must be made by December 19, 2023. Reservations made after December 19, 2023 may not be eligible for the discounted EAST rate. HOUSING WILL OPEN SUMMER 2023.

Government - Military Attendee Guest Room Block

EAST has secured a government room rate at the current prevailing military rate (plus applicable taxes – single or double occupancy) for individuals actively serving in the military. A limited number of rooms at the military rate are available on a first come, first served basis. To reserve your room at the special group rate, please make your reservation by December 19, 2023. The government rate is subject to room availability Reservations made after December 19, 2023 may not be eligible for the discounted EAST rate. HOUSING WILL OPEN SUMMER 2023.

You will be required to show Military ID and work orders at time of check in to receive the Military Room Rate.

Unauthorized Registration and Housing Services

It has come to our attention there are companies operating on the internet claiming to offer registration and housing services for the EAST Annual Scientific Assembly. These companies are not affiliated with EAST and do not offer any services on our behalf and you should treat them as fraudulent or a scam. You may receive e-mails or phone calls from these companies urging you to book hotel rooms or register for the meeting(s). Registration and housing should only be accessed from the EAST website. Housing reservations should be made directly with the hotel.
