For families, Palm Springs offers affordable living, excellent schools (private/public) and the optimal work-life balance with two weeks on, two weeks off schedule. Some of our surgeons live in the area but many of our surgeons commute from outside of Palm Springs (Orange County, Redlands, San Diego).
