The Division of Trauma and Acute Care Surgery in the Department of Surgery at NYU Langone Hospital-Long Island is seeking an outstanding fellowship-trained Trauma/Critical Care/ Surgeon to join our ACS verified NY State designated Level 1 Trauma Center. The successful candidate will possess outstanding clinical skills, a strong interest in education, and must qualify for a faculty appointment at New York University Long Island School of Medicine (NYULISOM). Responsibilities will include trauma, surgical critical care, and emergency general surgery coverage at a rapidly growing tertiary care center. Opportunities for elective general surgery exist and are encouraged. Robust clinical and basic science research opportunities are also available and strongly encouraged.
