Southern California lifestyle at its best. Largely regarded as a resort and vacation getaway location for retirees, snowbirds, Hollywood stars, and politicians, Palm Springs is no longer a posh getaway but is now home to many young adults who are working in remote environments post-COVID. The ideal mix for families and young alike, Palm Springs has many local recreational activities (hiking, biking, camping, horseback riding, numerous parks, and museums) as well as annual attractions/festivals – Coachella, Stagecoach, Indian Wells BNP Paribas, and the Palm Springs International Film Festival. Palm Springs is also home to multiple boutique hotels, and world-renown resorts, and is regarded by some to be the golf capital of the world. For families, Palm Springs offers affordable living, excellent schools (private/public), and the optimal work-life balance with two weeks on, two weeks off schedule. Some of our surgeons live in the area but many of our surgeons commute from outside of Palm Springs (Orange County, Redlands, San Bernardino, Los Angeles County, San Diego).
