In “asymptomatic” adult patients with blunt head, face, or neck trauma, should a screening protocol (versus no protocol) be used to improve detection of BCVI?

In blunt patients with isolated cervical spine injury, should screening (versus no screening) be performed to detect BCVI?

In patients diagnosed with BCVI, should anticoagulation versus no anticoagulation be used to prevent stroke (or mortality)? 

In patients with a Grade 3 BCVI, should endovascular stenting versus Anticoagulation be used to reduce the risk of stroke (or mortality)?
