Evaluation and CME for the 26th EAST Annual Scientific Assembly - EAST's CME partner, Wake Forest School of Medicine, has sent an email with an online link to the overall meeting evaluation form. The email was sent to the address Wake Forest has on record with your meeting registration. You must complete the form to receive CME credit.
