This program is under the direction of the EAST Mentoring Committee. The goal of the Mentoring Program is promotion of academic and personal growth of the young trauma and acute care surgeon by providing extramural mentorship over a one-year period. The 2021 program is once again implementing a multi-tiered approach to mentoring including a team of medical professionals to form a Mentoring Family.The call for Mentee and Mentor applications for the EAST Mentoring Program opened late Summer of 2020.
