Save the date for the 39th EAST Annual Scientific Assembly happening January 20-23, 2026 at the Signia by Hilton Atlanta Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta!  The assembly is EAST's premier educational event and includes hands-on workshops, scientific sessions, networking events, community outreach opportunities and exhibits. Registration Information

We’ve reserved a block of hotel rooms at the Signia by Hilton Atlanta Georgia World Congress Center at a discounted rate. Housing will open this fall.

The Call for Abstracts for the 39th EAST Annual Scientific Assembly is closed. EAST accepts abstract submissions in basic science, clinical science, and injury prevention. This is an excellent opportunity to present your research to your peers. Learn more about abstract submission rules and eligibility requirements on our Abstracts' page and submit your abstracts by the July 1st deadline. 

Interested in joining EAST or know someone who may benefit? Encourage them to join now through November 15th.  Our multidisciplinary membership includes trauma and acute care surgeons, burn surgeons, emergency physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, trauma program coordinators, pharmacists, librarians, medical students, among many others. Physicians from other countries are also welcome to join!
