Recruiter Information

The American Association for the Surgery of Trauma (AAST), Eastern Association for the Surgery of Trauma (EAST), and Surgical Critical Care Program Directors Society (SCCPDS) will be hosting a Virtual Job Fair November 9-10, 2023.

Thursday, November 9, 2023, from 4 PM to 9 PM CST
Friday, November 10, 2023, from 9 AM to 4 PM CST

For the employer, this platform will give you the ability to broaden your reach for qualified candidates to fill multiple vacant positions by participating in this 2-day event. After the event, you will get a complete list of attendees who visited the fair along with their contact information and CV. In addition, your job postings will be hosted on all three associations' career sections of their websites.

How to Participate

The deadline for employer registration is November 1, 2023. To register as an employer, please click here. 

We have three package options that employers can choose from. These packages can be viewed below. To purchase a booth, please click here. Following your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation, and an administrator will contact you with additional information. 

Package Options

Bronze Package: $1,675

  • Unlimited job postings within the booth
  • Completely customizable booth
  • 3-month job posting on AAST/SCCPDS/EAST website
  • Booth is accessible 30-days after the event
  • Exported excel list of attendees who visited your booth (includes contact information)
Silver Package: $1,775

  • 2 custom links within booth
  • Unlimited job postings within the booth
  • Completely customizable booth
  • 6-month job postings on AAST/SCCPDS/EAST website
  • Booth is accessible 30-days after the event
  • Exported excel list of all attendees who attended the event and their resumes (includes contact information)
Gold Package: $1,925









  • Up to 3 custom links within booth
  • Unlimited job postings within the booth
  • Employer branding on the main screen
  • Completely customizable booth
  • 6-month job postings on AAST/SCCPDS/EAST website
  •  Booth is accessible 30-days after the event
  •  Exported excel list of all jobseekers who attended the event and their resumes (includes contact information)
Each package will contain:
  • A live training with Premier Virtual to discuss booth set up
  • A video and chat feature to engage with job seekers
  • Recruiters can set up scheduled interviews and place their hours of availability 
  • Unlimited job postings
