Housing for the 38th EAST Annual Scientific Assembly
General Attendee Block
A guest room block at the group rate of $289 per night/single or double occupancy (plus applicable taxes and $20/day resort fee) has been reserved for the Eastern Association for the Surgery of Trauma (EAST). To reserve your room at the special group rate, please make your reservation by 5:00 pm CST December 17, 2024. The group rate is subject to room availability and is offered over the following dates: January 12-19, 2025. Reservations made after December 17, 2024 may not be eligible for the discounted EAST rate.

Government/Military Rate
EAST has secured a government room rate at the current prevailing military rate of $169* per night/single or double occupancy (plus applicable taxes rate is subject to change) for individuals actively serving in the military. A limited number of rooms at the military rate are available on a first come, first served basis. To reserve your room at the special group rate, please make your reservation by December 17, 2024. The government rate is subject to room availability and is offered over the following dates: January 13-18, 2025. Reservations made after December 17, 2024 may not be eligible for the discounted EAST rate. You will be required to show your Military ID and work orders at the time of check in to receive the Military Room Rate.

Unauthorized Registration and Housing Services
It has come to our attention there are companies operating on the internet claiming to offer registration and housing services for the EAST Annual Scientific Assembly. These companies are not affiliated with EAST and do not offer any services on our behalf and you should treat them as fraudulent or a scam. You may receive e-mails or phone calls from these companies urging you to book hotel rooms or register for the meeting(s). Registration and housing should only be accessed from the EAST website. Tucson International Airport has daily flights on all major airlines. The airport is 13 miles from the hotel, which is about 25 minutes without traffic. The airport offers pick up services for taxis, ride share services, public transportation, as well as a number of rental car companies.
