EAST Mentoring

Under the Division of Professional Development the EAST Mentoring Committee offers a range of mentoring programs and resources that promote the academic and personal growth of the young trauma and acute care surgeon through guiding a mid-career physician reach the next phase in their career.

The EAST Mentoring Committee consists of volunteer leaders dedicated to helping their peers grow and develop through a variety of mentorship means.  A current committee roster can be seen here.

EAST Mentoring Program

The goal of the EAST Mentoring Program is to promote the academic and personal growth of the young trauma and acute care surgeon by providing extramural mentorship over a 1-year period.

Executive Leadership Coaching and Mentoring Program

The Executive Leadership Coaching and Mentoring Program targets mid-career EAST members that have shown leadership qualities and commitment to EAST's Mission and Vision.  This intensive and exclusive 2-year specially curated mentoring program is designed to help a mid-career physician reach the next phase in their career.
