EAST Mentoring

Under the Division of Professional Development the EAST Mentoring Committee offers a range of mentoring programs and resources that promote the academic and personal growth of the early-career trauma and acute care surgeon through guiding a mid-career physician reach the next phase in their career.

The EAST Mentoring Committee consists of volunteer leaders dedicated to helping their peers grow and develop through a variety of mentorship means.  A current committee roster can be seen here.

EAST Mentoring Program

The goal of the EAST Mentoring Program is to promote the academic and personal growth of the early to mid-career trauma and acute care surgeon by providing extramural mentorship over a 1-year period.

Executive Leadership Coaching and Mentoring Program

The Executive Leadership Coaching and Mentoring Program targets mid-career EAST members that have shown leadership qualities and commitment to EAST's Mission and Vision.  This intensive and exclusive 2-year specially curated mentoring program is designed to help a mid-career physician reach the next phase in their career.
