This is a unique collaborative initiative between EAST, AAST, and AAST-AMC. During this episode we will be discussing the management of venous thromboembolism, the pathophysiology and management of trauma induced coagulopathy, von Willebrand disease, and sickle cell disease as well as the use of plasmapheresis in the surgical ICU.
